Falvey appreciates its student employees
On April 15 Falvey Memorial Library showed its appreciation to student employees at the seventh annual student employee celebration, which took place in the first floor lounge.
The high point of the celebration was recognizing the 24 seniors (of 84 students) who are graduating. Each senior was recognized individually and received a certificate of accomplishment and a gift certificate to Barnes & Noble.
Lunch was served, and there were raffle drawings for more gift certificates to Barnes & Noble and Gullifty's Restaurant.
Student turnout was quite good. Senior Kelly Miller (Resource Management Center) stated that “the new 24-hour study lounge is a good place to have the celebration.”
