Kudos to student photographer Katy Lee

Congratulations to Media Technologies & Creative Design student photographer Katy Lee whose credited photograph appeared in a recent issue of The Wall Street Journal. Her photo of Villanova University accompanied a report on a $5 million gift from Villanova alumnus Jim Curvey ('57) on page W2 of the April 22 issue. This is Lee’s first national photo credit.  

Since her freshman year, Lee has worked in the Creative Design department as student photographer and graphic arts assistant. Many of her photographs appear campus-wide on the University Web site, in brochures and for event publicity. A Communication student with a minor in business and Japanese, Lee plans to pursue a career in advertising after her graduation in May.
