We appreciate our student employees!
Falvey demonstrated its appreciation to the students who are employed here. On April 5, the Student Employee Appreciation Committee (SEAC) hosted a celebration commending our student employees for a job well done.
The high point of the celebration was recognizing the 13 seniors (out of a total of 80 students) employed by the Library who are graduating and going out into the real world to put their degrees to work. Each senior was recognized individually and was awarded a certificate of accomplishment and a gift card to Barnes & Noble bookstores. Seniors honored were Monica K. Borgone, Meghan Cassidy, Regina Cole, Maureen Collins, Matthew Depont, Meredith McOlvin, Arun K. Srinivasa Murthy, Mukul D. Naik, Tejas R. Patel, Alejandro Ponte, Chris Schacke, Joseph Sullivan and Kloe Williams.

For lunch, pizzas were served, along with soft drinks, chips and cookies. The grand prizes were two $25 gift certificates to Gulliftys Restaurant in Bryn Mawr.
The staff members on SEAC are Scott Brady, chair, Marie Roman, Darren Poley, Mary Heyman and Bill Greene, who served as the master of ceremonies for the celebration.
